i was practically ready to rave about the view, but after an uninvited cat jumped out at us and ruined our bedding, it was hard to stay optimistic. the housekeeper's attitude was absoluteley dreadful, tossing the fresh linens onto the floor. i expected a room change, but didn’t even receive a token gesture for the inconvenience. sad, really.
